We had the privilege of working with Ken Malone in the recent sell of our home. Ken was very punctual, organized, and professional in every step of the process. Below are a few examples of his assistance to us.
Ken came over late in the evening the night before our closing to help us make sure all was checked off the list as we had gotten behind on our repairs. He also went back over the morning of closing to be able to send pictures in the daylight to the buyers. Upon meeting the buyers' realtor, it became apparent to us that he perhaps was not the easiest to work with. Ken kept a professional demeanor with all negotiations and dealings with the realtor when it would have been very easy to go the other direction. These are just a couple of the ways he made our home-selling experience easier and pleasant.
Overall, we feel like Ken went above and beyond his call of duty on every level of the sell of our home. We are truly grateful to have had him as our realtor, and we would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

His professionalism showed through in every step of the process from listing the home, the professional photos/video of the property, to communicating nearly on a daily bases with me (either by text, calls or emails), to the night before and the day of the closing. He answered any/all questions I had, small or large in a very timely manner. He advised me when I was unsure of best way to handle a situation, always giving me all available options.
